π Welcome to My Homepage!
I am an astrophysics researcher whose work spans both astronomical satellite development and astrophysical research.
I am currently an Assistant Researcher at the Innovation Academy for Microsatellites of CAS (IAMCAS), where I work on the system-level design of an astronomical satellite and help connect mission development with the needs of the astronomical community.
Alongside my work on space missions, I remain actively engaged in astrophysical research, with several papers currently in preparation. My main research interest is Galactic Dynamics, particularly the dynamics and secular evolution of galactic bars and spiral arms.
I have been deeply influenced by my advisors, Shude Mao & Youjun Lu, as well as by the work of many outstanding scholars in galactic dynamics, including E. Lia Athanassoula, Juntai Shen, G. Contopoulos, and J. A. Sellwood.
I use this homepage to explain my science in very simple English.
β¨ Astrophysics Highlights
- π Upcoming Presentation: I will present two of my recent works at the upcoming AAS DDA 2026:
- Local Pattern Speed
- TNG50 Early-Type Bars (Nominated for an RAA Highlight)
- π Academic Service: Referee for MNRAS (recommended by Prof. Simon White).
π°οΈ Space Projects
Through collaborations and academic exchanges, I have had the opportunity to engage with several astronomical and space science projects, including:
- GRID (2018), a Tsinghua University student microsatellite project for gamma-ray burst detection.
- DAMPE / βWukongβ (2022), a dark matter particle explorer mission associated with Purple Mountain Observatory.
- MUST 6.5-m Wide-Field Telescope (2023), a wide-field optical telescope project at Tsinghua University.
- Taiji Program (2023), a space-based gravitational wave detection mission at National Astronomical Observatories.
- ET (2023), a satellite project for exoplanet detection associated with Shanghai Astronomical Observatory.
π Academic Journey
- Ph.D. in Astrophysics, National Astronomical Observatories, CAS (NAOC)
- Advisors: Prof. Shude Mao & Prof. Youjun Lu
- M.S. in Astrophysics, Tsinghua University
- Advisors: Prof. Shude Mao & Prof. Charling Tao
- B.S. in Astrophysics, Nanjing University
- GPA: 3.65/4.00, ranked 1st in major for postgraduate recommendation (excluding two students who pursued overseas study)
π Beyond Academia

Outside academia, I enjoy a life enriched by my wife, who is a faculty Lecturer at Shanghai Normal University. Her research focuses on the musical and metrical theories of classical Chinese theatre, especially Kunqu opera. Our conversations often span both science and the humanities, a balance I deeply value.
